My very first car.

I bought my own Volkswagon Golf II on the 22 of september 2001.
This baby is born in 1987 and is metallic grey as you can see.

May I present to you........

The Owner. Okay it's not a very briliant picture, I know :-)

It has a 1.8 Litre engine with K-Jetronic Injection and catalyst. It's pretty fast, Not at as fast as a GTI, but for that kinda fun I've got my bike :-)
It also has got central door locking. I've put different doorpins in the door, these look a lil bit better than those boring black plastic thingys.

The alloys of the cars, I like 'm :-).

Because I like music, I've made my own board to fit the speak-units. At the same time I've added a third braking light. And yes, in the fourth picture, that is beer :-).

As a final touch I've put a Metallica license plate in the middle.

My latest project, two extra turnlights. It was quit some work to replace all the 56 red LED's by orange LED's but it wasn't that difficult, just a lot of work. The result is not bad and it looks cool in the dark but the LED's could have
been a bit brighter but that should have costed me 2.5 times as much.

Something else I've been working on is a GTI interior, from origin my Golf has got a dull interior, see the left chair second picture. I've been able to get an secondhand gti interior which I fitted in my Golf. The seats are way better plus the the color is better, darker. As you can see in the third picture my sis was as helpfull as ever, ;-).
